SlyMask 棒球（以下简称「本应用」）由刘肖龙（个人开发者）开发与维护。我们高度重视用户隐私保护。本隐私政策用于说明：在您使用本应用的过程中，我们会如何处理与您相关的信息。
一、我们收集/处理的信息
1.1 相机权限（仅 iPhone）
- 用途：AR 测距功能和录制训练视频
- 处理方式：相机画面仅用于本地实时测量和分析，不会被上传至任何服务器
1.2 相册权限（仅 iPhone）
- 用途：选择视频/照片进行动作分析
- 处理方式：所选媒体仅在本地设备上处理，不会被上传至任何服务器
1.3 健康数据（仅 Apple Watch）
- 读取权限：心率、活动能量消耗
- 写入权限：训练记录（时长、卡路里、心率数据）
- 处理方式：
- 所有健康数据存储在 Apple Health App 中，由 iOS 系统管理
- 我们不会将健康数据上传到任何服务器
- iPhone 和 Watch 之间通过 Apple WatchConnectivity 框架同步数据，数据传输经过加密
1.4 运动传感器（仅 Apple Watch）
- 用途：检测挥棒动作、投球动作
- 处理方式：传感器数据仅在 Watch 本地处理，用于动作识别
1.5 用户内容
- 内容：您在应用内创建/导入的内容（如比赛记录、投球九宫格记录、装备清单、导入的视频/照片等）
- 用途：仅用于应用功能本身
1.6 我们不收集的信息
我们不会收集以下信息：
- 姓名、电话号码、邮箱地址
- 地理位置
- 通讯录
- IDFA 广告标识符
- 任何可识别个人身份的信息
我们不要求您注册账号。
二、我们如何使用信息
- 提供并改进核心功能：比赛记录、动作分析、AR测距、投球九宫格/统计、装备检查、经验库、战术板等
- 本应用不做：用户画像、跨应用/跨网站追踪、个性化广告投放
三、数据存储
3.1 本地存储
- 比赛记录、投球九宫格数据、装备清单、偏好设置等默认保存在您的设备本地（UserDefaults/本地文件）
- 动作分析所选视频/照片在本地处理。导出的视频会保存在设备本地（或临时目录），是否分享、分享给谁由您自行决定
3.2 健康数据存储
- 健康数据（心率、训练记录）存储在 Apple Health App 中，由 iOS 系统加密保护
- 您可以在 Apple Health App 中随时查看或删除这些数据
3.3 订阅状态
- 订阅状态由 Apple 的 StoreKit 管理
- 我们无法访问您的 Apple ID、银行卡号等支付信息
四、第三方技术
4.1 Apple 技术（本地处理）
- ARKit：AR 测距，所有计算在设备本地完成
- Vision Framework：人体关键点识别，所有视频分析在设备本地完成
- HealthKit：健康数据读写，数据存储在 Apple Health App 中
- StoreKit：应用内购买，我们无法访问您的支付信息
- 用途：辅助人体姿态检测
- 处理方式：所有计算在设备本地完成，不会向 Google 发送任何数据
五、信息共享
我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息，除非：
当您使用系统分享功能导出内容（例如视频/图片）时，分享对象与范围由您自行选择。
六、您的权利与选择
6.1 权限管理
- 您可以在 iOS「设置」中随时关闭相机/相册权限
- 您可以在 Apple Watch「设置」>「隐私」>「健康」中管理健康数据权限
- 关闭后相关功能将无法使用或受限
6.2 删除本地数据
- 您可以在应用内删除比赛记录/投球记录等
- 您可以通过卸载本应用来清除本地保存的数据
- 健康数据可在 Apple Health App 中删除

七、儿童隐私
本应用适合所有年龄段用户使用。我们不会主动收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如您是家长或监护人，并认为孩子在使用过程中提供了不必要的个人信息，请联系我们，我们会协助处理。

我们可能会不定期更新本隐私政策。更新后将通过应用内展示、版本说明等方式告知您。您继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的政策。

SlyMask Baseball - Privacy Policy

Overview
SlyMask Baseball (hereinafter “the App”) is developed and maintained by Xiaolong Liu (independent developer). We take user privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to you when you use the App.
1.1 Camera Access (iPhone Only)
- Purpose: AR distance measurement and recording training videos
- Processing: Camera feed is only used for local real-time measurement and analysis, never uploaded to any server
1.2 Photo Library Access (iPhone Only)
- Purpose: Select videos/photos for motion analysis
- Processing: Selected media is processed locally on your device and never uploaded to any server
1.3 Health Data (Apple Watch Only)
- Read Access: Heart rate, active energy burned
- Write Access: Workout records (duration, calories, heart rate data)
- Processing:
- All health data is stored in Apple Health App, managed by iOS
- We never upload health data to any server
- Data sync between iPhone and Watch uses Apple WatchConnectivity framework with encryption
1.4 Motion Sensors (Apple Watch Only)
- Purpose: Detect swing and pitching motions
- Processing: Sensor data is processed locally on Watch for motion recognition
1.5 User Content
- Content: Content you create/import in the App (such as game records, pitch chart records, equipment checklists, imported videos/photos, etc.)
- Purpose: Used solely for App functionality
We do NOT collect:
- Name, phone number, email address
- Location data
- Contacts
- IDFA advertising identifier
- Any personally identifiable information
We do NOT require account registration.
- Provide and improve core features: Game recording, motion analysis, AR distance measurement, pitch chart/statistics, equipment checklist, knowledge base, tactics board, etc.
- The App does not: Create user profiles, track across apps/websites, or serve personalized ads
3. Data Storage
3.1 Local Storage
- Game records, pitch chart data, equipment checklists, preferences, etc. are stored locally on your device by default (UserDefaults/local files)
- Videos/photos selected for motion analysis are processed locally. Exported videos are saved locally on your device (or in a temporary directory); whether and with whom you share them is entirely your choice
3.2 Health Data Storage
- Health data (heart rate, workout records) is stored in Apple Health App, encrypted and protected by iOS
- You can view or delete this data in Apple Health App at any time
3.3 Subscription Status
- Subscription status is managed by Apple’s StoreKit
- We cannot access your Apple ID, bank card numbers, or other payment information
4. Third-Party Technologies
4.1 Apple Technologies (Local Processing)
- ARKit: AR distance measurement, all computation done locally
- Vision Framework: Body keypoint detection, all video analysis done locally
- HealthKit: Health data read/write, data stored in Apple Health App
- StoreKit: In-app purchases, we cannot access your payment info
- Purpose: Assist with body pose detection
- Processing: All computation done locally on device, no data sent to Google
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, except:
- When required by law (e.g., court order)
- To protect our legal rights
When you use the system sharing feature to export content (e.g., videos/images), the recipients and scope are entirely your choice.
6. Your Rights & Choices
6.1 Permission Management
- You can disable camera/photo library access at any time in iOS Settings
- You can manage health data permissions in Apple Watch Settings > Privacy > Health
- Disabling them will limit or prevent related features
6.2 Delete Local Data
- You can delete game records/pitch records within the App
- You can uninstall the App to clear all locally stored data
- Health data can be deleted in Apple Health App

7. Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not actively collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided unnecessary personal information while using the App, please contact us and we will assist.
8. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated through in-app display, release notes, etc. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
